Back in the beginning of the summer, Gene performed preventive maintenance on the Air Conditioning Unit and the following week was the technician who installed a new attic fan. In both projects, he was very professional and thorough in his work. He took the necessary time to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed and if there was any follow up work to be done. He also makes good recommendations on his observations on other related items in the home, which is appreciated. Gene is a good technician; he is welcome to be assigned to my home for work for future projects or preventive maintenance. He should be commended for his efforts. Thank you Roy Tucker
