We had a problem with the air conditioning unit in the attic which caused water damage to the ceiling and walls below the. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. We know that we will be needing an entire new unit very soon and you can be assured we will be calling your company, and hopefully Martin will be a part of that team. I had a problem with the fan relay on my furnace last year (2008) and decided to wait until this year to have it replaced. Though not actually knowing it was the fan relay, Martin showed up on time, as always, we talked and then after listen to the noise a few times, he determined what the cause was. It in fact was the fan relay switch that needed to be replaced. After a few days of waiting for a new part to come in, the office staff at AusEm Serrvices called to schedule the installation. Joe was the technician who replaced the fan relay, which I must say, works great! Thanks again to the entire team at AusEm Services. Rob -Annandale
