I have had AusEm Services perform various installations in my home, as well as contracts for annual preventive maintenance. The installations included an Air Zoning system, which before installation it was near impossible to get the upstairs level of my home at a cool condition in the summer or warm condition in the winter. With this new zoning system there is consistent levels of temperature thru the home. Additionally, they installed a tank-less water heater system as a replacement for the traditional large tank. Also, have used them for smaller projects such as installation of attic fans. In all these improvements and also in the preventive maintenance work, each of the service technicians was extremely thorough and the efforts of their work are demonstrated in the high quality of the installations. They also take the time to consult with you on the proper solution for the situation and follow up after installation to ensure you are satisfied with the work. Martin came obver and unclogged a blocked condensation pipe. He diagnosed and fixed it in a few minutes. He also did a preventative maintenance on our Air Conditioning. He did a great job. Quick. Efficient. Pleasant guy. Well Done AUSEM!!! Joel & Helen Usansky
A year ago AUSEM zoned my heating system. What a difference it made. My house was much more comfortable than ever. As an added bonus, I just received notice from the gas company that my budget plan was being reduced by $100 per month. The zoning will pay for itself in a couple of years! I had a problem with the fan relay on my furnace last year (2008) and decided to wait until this year to have it replaced. Though not actually knowing it was the fan relay, Martin showed up on time, as always, we talked and then after listen to the noise a few times, he determined what the cause was. It in fact was the fan relay switch that needed to be replaced. After a few days of waiting for a new part to come in, the office staff at AusEm Serrvices called to schedule the installation. Joe was the technician who replaced the fan relay, which I must say, works great! Thanks again to the entire team at AusEm Services. Rob -Annandale
